The ISU-152 is a Tier VIII Soviet Tank Destroyer.

Developed on the chassis of the IS tank. The ISU-152 was conceived as a replacement for the SU-152, which was based on the KV-1 chassis. A total of 4,635 vehicles were built from November 1943 through June 1945.

It is one of the most feared tank destroyers in the game as it can mount the powerful 152mm BL-10, which is quite capable of destroying most tanks in the game with 2-3 rounds. Its largest drawback is the very light armor it bears. When driving the ISU-152, it's highly advisable to avoid head-on engagements and snipe from long range. It's fairly mobile for its size, so use that capability to keep up with the attacking team or use this same ability to relocate quickly and cover choke points. It is strongly recommended that the player remain patient and research the 122mm guns, as these lead directly to the fear-inducing 152mm BL-10. The 152mm BL-10 is much more accurate than the stock 152mm. Avoid shooting recklessly and try to make each shot count. Your ammo supply is both limited and expensive, and each shot makes you easier to spot for return fire, along with the high 260 mm of penetration and 750 alpha damage.
