The Type 98 Ke-Ni Otsu is a premium tier III Japanese light tank. This tank is one of the most Over Powered tank currently because making massive damage over a course of having a reload of 1.4 to 2 seconds which consists of 4 clips. Otus was $4.99 when it came to the shop on Friday, Novmeber 13th and was suppose to end on Thursday, Novmeber 26th, 2015 but ended earlier because of the developers goofing up on the date.
