The United Kingdom is a country represented in World of Tanks and World of Warplanes.
World of Tanks[]
- The U.K.'s tanks can be found within the British Tanks category.
This nation can be considered rather odd with low tier tanks.
Low tier tanks are often lightly armored and slow. Such example is the early Cruiser tanks and Valentine tanks. SPGs are often left to be desired also, as calibre sizes do not get bigger than 94mm until tier V. Even then, no real artillery gun sizes are seen until tier VII.
At mid tier with conventional tanks, the Churchill is the first true heavy tank. In the meanwhile, light tanks are now non existent, being substituted by the Crusader as reconnaissance vehicles. The Cromwell, is a very fast medium tank that can play light tank role despite being a medium tank. The Comet shares this same trait more or less. Leading up to tier VIII and higher are a class of well-rounded tanks capable of front lines and flanking roles.
After the Cromwell, the Light tank line is revived (Being added as of update 1.6). With the top tank wielding a heavy(ish) gun and a light tank body.
The high tier Medium tank classes share the common idea of being "Universal Tanks", especially the centurion tanks.
Tank destroyers start with the Archer, an example of many odd tanks that the nation has to offer. Leading up to the Challenger and Charioteer, both tanks have their share of oddities. The final tanks: The FV4004 Conway and the FV4005 Stage II, both share the trait of being glass cannons and some decent mobility.
World of Warplanes[]
- The U.K.'s warplanes can be found within the British Warplanes category.
